Version 1.1 — Serious Runner Parity
Goal: Match core feature set of Strava and Nike Run Club.
Must-have
- HealthKit integration — Runs automatically sync to Apple Health and share data with other fitness apps
- Korean language — Full Korean localization including permission strings
- Auto-pause — Automatic pause when you stop at traffic lights; resume when you move again
- Unit toggle — Choose between km and miles in settings
- Split times — Per-kilometer pace breakdown saved and displayed
- Light mode — Bright theme for daylight readability
- Haptic feedback — Vibrations for run start, stop, and milestones
Nice-to-have
- Deep link to settings when location permission denied
- Network error recovery flow
- Pull-to-refresh on home screen
- Improved iconography
Version 1.2 — Native iOS Experience
Goal: Make the app feel truly at home on iPhone.
Key features
- Live Activities — Lock screen and Dynamic Island status during active runs
- Home screen widgets — Weekly summary, streak, recent runs (small/medium/large)
- Siri Shortcuts — "Hey Siri, start my run" launches the app and begins tracking
- Data export — GPX file export for migrating to other apps
- Manual run entry — Add runs completed without the app (indoor treadmill, etc.)
- Multi-sport — Walking, cycling, and hiking in addition to running
Version 2.0 — Apple Watch Companion
Goal: A complete experience for serious iOS runners.

- Start and stop runs directly from your Watch
- Real-time heart rate from Watch sensors
- Check pace and distance with a glance at your wrist
- Full experience with iPhone in your pocket
- Haptic feedback for milestones without audio
