GPS accuracy seems off
- Use the App outdoors in open areas with a clear view of the sky.
- Make sure your device's location services are set to "Precise Location".
- GPS errors may occur in tunnels, between tall buildings, and similar environments.
My running record is not being saved
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure you are signed in properly.
I can't see routes from a previous device
- GPS route data is stored only on your device for privacy reasons.
- Running summaries (distance, time, calories, etc.) are stored in the cloud and synced across devices.
I want to delete my account
- Sign out of the App, then request account deletion via the email above.
- Upon deletion, all cloud data will be permanently removed.
Battery drains quickly
- GPS tracking consumes battery. Tracking is only active during runs, and GPS usage stops when you close the App.
