Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Neohollo Running (hereinafter "the App", also available on the App Store as "Running Tracker: GPS & Stats") and define the rights and obligations between users and the App.

Article 2 (Services Provided)​

The App provides the following services:

  1. GPS-based running tracking (distance, time, pace, calories, elevation)
  2. Running record storage and history management
  3. Weekly and monthly statistics and charts
  4. Badge system for motivation

Article 3 (Registration and Withdrawal)​

  1. You may register for the service through a Google account.
  2. You may log out or delete your account at any time from within the App.

Article 4 (Service Usage)​

  1. The App is provided free of charge.
  2. You must use the App solely for personal running record purposes.
  3. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the App.

Article 5 (Location Data)​

  1. The App uses your device's GPS location data to track your runs.
  2. Location data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
  3. You may revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.

Article 6 (Disclaimers)​

  1. Running records provided by the App are for reference only and do not substitute for medical or professional advice.
  2. Distance, route, and other data may contain errors depending on GPS signal conditions.
  3. The App is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during use.
  4. Please warm up sufficiently and verify your health condition before running.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)​

  1. The App may modify its services after prior notice for improvement purposes.
  2. The service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)​

If these Terms are changed, we will notify you of the changes through in-app notices or this page.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
